  3. In another bowl add mashed banana, desi ghee, sugar, yoghurt & mix throughly..
  4. Add elaichi powder & coconut. Mix well..
  5. Add the mixture of dry ingredients slowly. Start adding milk as required. Add dry mixture & milk alternately till all the mixture is finished & you get required batter consistancy..
  6. Pour the mixture in a greased tin..
  7. Bake the cake in oven at 180 C for 25 minutes..
  8. You can bake the cake in cooker or on gas stove using non stick pan. This cake turns out little moist & tastes heavenly..
  9. Sprinkle some coconut powder and cut it..
